City council to hold executive meeting for BioNitrogen talks

The Perry City Council has scheduled a special meeting Monday afternoon in order to hold a closed executive session to meet with the attorney representing the city in the ongoing BioNitrogen bankruptcy proceedings.

The meeting will be held Monday, Feb. 1, at 4 p.m., in the Perry Police Department (PPD) training room, located at 221 South Washington St. The meeting notice states the location change is in order to avoid conflict with the regular monthly zoning meeting scheduled in council room
