    Attorney consults with council members on BioNitrogen lawsuit

    The Perry City Council spent more than an hour in a closed executive session Monday afternoon with the attorney representing the city’s interests in the ongoing BioNitrogen Holdings, Corp., bankruptcy proceedings.

    The special meeting, which was held at the Perry Police Department training room due to a scheduling conflict with the council
    room, began in the public, but after Mayor Mike Deming announced the executive session, the only people allow to remain were the council, City Manager Bob Brown, attorney Scott Williams and court reporter Deloris Jacobo.
