Mrs. Velma Christell Woodford, 83, passed away on April 30, 2016 in Perry, FL.

Velma was born October 12, 1932 in Steinhatchee, Florida to Colon Ulmer Goodbred and Cynthian Stewart Goodbred.

Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Homes of Perry with Father Aquilla Hanson officiating.

Interment services followed immediately afterwards in Cross City Cemetery.

The family received friends from 11-1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2016 at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.
