Guest speaker spent 1,824 days as prisoner of war in N. Vietnam

Retired Navy Capt. Dale Doss, who spent nearly five years as a prisoner of war in Vietnam, will be the featured speaker at this year’s Memorial Day ceremony planned Monday, May 30.

The 10 a.m. program will be held at Veterans Memorial Park, located on North Jefferson Street.
