    Taylor County Schools will be participating in the Summer Food Service Program during the months of June, & July.
    Nutritionally balanced meals will be provided to all children regardless of race, color, sex, disability, age or national origin during summer vacation when school breakfasts and lunches are not available. All children 18 years old and younger, if open site, are eligible for meals at no charge, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. The programs are only approved for geographical areas of need where 50 percent or more of the children qualify for free and reduced-price meals during the school year.
    In accordance with Federal Law, and US Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

    Summer feeding sites that are located at schools provide meals to all children in the immediate vicinity in addition to those enrolled in summer school.

    May 31, 2016-July 12, 2016-Monday thru Thursday only
    Breakfast 7:30-8:00, Lunch 11:30- 12:00
    Child Development Center
    May 31, 2016 thru July 15, 2016- Monday thru Friday
    Breakfast 8:30-9:00, Lunch 11:45-12:15

    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF PERRY FLORIDA
    Please be advised that the City of Perry Florida will hold a Public Hearing associated with the Perry Preliminary Engineering Report and Wastewater Facilities Plan during its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday June 14, 2016, at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as possible. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Commission Chambers located at 224 S. Jefferson St. Perry, FL. The subject matter is to discuss a proposed upgrade to the CityÕs wastewater treatment plant. The City intends to seek funding through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund program. Financial impacts will be discussed at the meeting.
    The meeting will include discussion of alternative funding methods for the upgrade to the wastewater treatment plant, including application for a State Revolving Fund Loan for approximately $1 million, a portion of which is to be repaid from water system revenues.
    These meetings are open to the general public. Everyone is encouraged to attend and learn more about this important project.
