Monday fatality

Unknown health issues are suspected to have caused truck driver James Adam of St. George, Ga., to crash into a stand of pines along U.S. Highway 19 South Monday afternoon. Adam was transported from the scene by Doctors’ Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and was pronounced dead by attending medical personnel. The crash happened just over a mile and half south of the Iron Horse Mud Ranch entrance.
