Elbert Boyt Poppell

Elbert Boyt Poppell passed away peacefully at age 83 at the VA Hospital in San Diego, CA on Jan. 12, 2017.

Elbert was born in Perry, Fl on August 23, 1933. He was the son of Elbert and Annie (O’steen) Poppell.
