Rocky’s to be new Shady Grove P.O.

Although Tuesday was the last day of operation for the Shady Grove Post Office, local post office box patrons will soon have a new location for picking up their mail: Rocky’s.

According to Sam Bolen with the U.S. Post Office, the convenience store will become a “village post office,” housing post office boxes and offering basic services like stamps and flat-rate shipping.
