Seatbelt violation ends with arrest

A man nabbed with items commonly used in illegal drug distribution is in custody thanks to his alleged oversight in not wearing a seatbelt.

Billy Thomas Williamson, 43, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
