Blount wins third Super Bowl ring

While suiting up to win his third Super Bowl ring in four years, Taylor County’s own LeGarrette Blount paused to give a shout out to his hometown and high school alma mater.

Blount played a key role in helping the Philadelphia Eagles win their first-ever Super Bowl Sunday night in Minnesota, rushing 14 times for 90 yards and a crucial touchdown in the 41-33 win over the New England Patriots squad that Blount won Super Bowl rings with in 2014 and 2016.
