BREAKING NEWS: Funeral services set for Commissioner Frank Russell

Visitation for Taylor County Commissioner Frank Russell will be held on Friday, Feb. 16 from 6-8 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home in Perry.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Russell passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH) on Saturday, Feb. 10.

The longtime local businessman and elected official was hospitalized with heart-related issues on Jan. 28.
