Boys win, girls tie in matches against Godby High School

Taylor County High School’s tennis teams traveled to Tallahassee to face Godby on Tuesday, and the boys squad came home with a 4-3 win over the Cougars, while the girls team played to a 3-3 tie.

Drayton Pegg was the Bulldogs’ top seed and won his match with ease, 8-1, while #2-seed Hardy Jandula lost a tough match to a talented opponent 3-8.
