    NOTICE TO CREDITORS
    The administration of the estate of Mary Alice Lanier, deceased, whose date of death was November 25, 2018, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Taylor County Courthouse, 108 N. Jefferson Street, Suite 102, Perry, Florida 32347 The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorneys are set forth below.
    All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
    All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
    ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
    NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Taylor County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:
    LOT 7, BLOCK B OF THE FORTNER SUBDIVISION. CONTAINING 1.08 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. RECORDED IN THE TAYLOR COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS 559, PAGE 809.

    PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION
    Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, the following application for permit was received on December 7, 2018:
    George R. & Bobbie Jean Lollis, of G.R. & B.J. Lollis and Sons, LLC, 2724 Hickory Tree Road, St. Cloud, FL 34772, has submitted an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) application number ERP-123-212006-3. The project is located in Taylor County, Section: 36, Township: 4 South, Range: 7 East, and includes 9.95 acres. The total impervious for the project will be 4.91 acres.
    Interested persons may comment upon the application or submit a written request for a staff report containing proposed agency action regarding the application by writing to the Suwannee River Water Management District, Attn: Resource Management, 9225 C.R. 49, Live Oak, Florida 32060. Such comments or requests must be received by 5:00 PM within 14 days from the date of publication.
    No further public notice will be provided regarding this application. A copy of the staff report must be requested in order to remain advised of further proceedings. Substantially affected persons are entitled to request an administrative hearing, pursuant to Title 28, Florida Administrative Code, regarding the proposed agency action by submitting a written request after reviewing the staff report.
