Long road to justice

Less than 48 hours after receiving a life sentence for first degree murder, Lloyd Phelps was in prison.

The Florida Department of Corrections gave the 59-year-old Perry man the standard welcome all inmates receive—a haircut, a shave and a new set of prison blues.
