Perry man arrested on out-of-state child sex abuse charges

A 68-year-old former Beloit, Wis., man was arrested in Perry Monday on an out-of-state warrant charging him with two counts of repeated sexual assault on a child.

Two local members of the U.S. Marshalls Task Force took Victor Charles Amundrud, 68, into custody at his residence on James D. Smith Road without incident.
