Shop With a Cop

What could be better than giving a child a $100 gift card and free rein in the toy department? Getting to share the joy in helping make their Christmas wishes come true. That was the joy shared by volunteers in this year’s “Shop With a Cop” program held Saturday, Dec. 14. Some 23 children were able to shop for holiday gifts for themselves and their families at Walmart, which helped sponsor the event along with the Perry Police Department (PPD).
