Two-vehicle crash

Several people were transported from the scene of this two-vehicle crash which occurred shortly before 12 noon Thursday on U.S. 19 just inside the Perry city limits. According to the Perry Police Department (PPD), a truck was slowing to turn onto Taylor Drive when another vehicle struck it from behind. Above, PPD officers Chad Cannon, Timmy Murphy and Dwight Norris joined City Fire, Taylor County Sheriff’s Office and DMH Emergency Medical Services at the scene.
