    NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
    Big Bend Water Authority
    The Big Bend Water Authority (ìAuthorityî) will hold a public meeting of the Authorityís Board of Directors (ìBoardî) on Monday, November 10, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at 1313 1st Avenue SE, Steinhatchee, Florida.  All members of the public are invited to attend the meeting.  The Board will address official business of the Authority and any business as may come before the Board.

    NOTICE (PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 125.66)
    Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida will hold a public hearing on the passage of the proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2009-10 as amended by Ordianance 2009-13, as amended by Ordinance no. 2010-02 which allows golf carts on certain roads in the Steinahatchee area of Taylor County. The public hearing shall be held at the Board of County Commission Meeting Room, Taylor County Courthouse Annex. Old Post Office Building in Perry, Florida, at the regular board meeting on Mon., November 17, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. The title of the proposed ordinance is:
    AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2009-10, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 2009-13, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2010-02 TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA WHICH ALLOWS GOLF CARTS ON CERAIN ROADS IN HE STEINHATCHEE AREA OF THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 316.12 FLORIDA STATUTES, PLACING REQUIREMENTS WITH MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATING GOLF CARTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
