Benefit dinner planned June 5

A benefit chicken dinner for Sam Croft will be held Friday, June 5, at Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union from 11 a.m. 6 p.m.

Dinners ($5 each) will include chicken, baked beans, potato salad, a roll, dessert and water. Pitmasters for the benefit are Tommy Murrow and staff.

Croft, 9, is home recovering from a recent major surgery. Proceeds will help with medical expenses.
