County to grant permits for longterm parking on right-of-way

The Taylor County Commission last week approved a change to the land development code which will allow landowners to apply for a permit to park recreation vehicles (RV) on the adjacent county right-of-way under certain, specific conditions.

The result was the landowners being left with lots too small to build a home on or park an RV.
