Remaining FCAT scores are ‘mixed bag’ for district


Following the earlier release of third grade Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) scores, state officials announced the remainder of the results Friday. Once again, the results were a mixed bag for local schools, with few significant gains but also few significant drops.

In addition to third grade, the reading portion of the test is given to students through 10th grade, while the math portion is given through eighth grade.
