County receives $2.5 million in paving funds

Taylor County has received $2.5 million in additional state funds to help complete three road resurfacing projects.

The county commission approved three supplemental agreements last week with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) providing extra funding through the state agency’s Small County Road Assistance Program (SCRAP) and the Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) for East Red Padgett Road, South Red Padgett Road and Osteen Road.
