Study finds Taylor County is growing

Taylor County was one of the fastest growing counties in the region from 2010 to 2012, based on a population study released earlier this year by the Bureau of Economic and Business Research (BEBR).

According to the figures, Taylor County grew by 1.5 percent (or 328 people) from the 2010 Census through April 2012, while all of its neighbors’ populations either fell or stayed level during the same period.
