United Way sets $285,000 goal

Building off of last year’s successful campaign, the Taylor County United Way officially kicked off its 2013-14 fund-raising season with an “ambitious but achievable goal” of $285,000.

Campaign Chairman Mark Wiggins announced the goal at the United Way’s kick-off breakfast held Tuesday morning at Taylor Senior Citizens Center.
