‘One-of-a-kind’ training facility

When Less-Lethal Systems, Inc., (ALS) announced last year it was moving its headquarters and manufacturing operations from Arkansas to Taylor County, the company also stated it would be building a training facility for law enforcement and corrections personnel.

AMTEC held a dedication ceremony for its new manufacturing facility in August, and this week it was time for the training campus to take a turn in the spotlight as the company held an Industry and Media Day Tuesday, Dec. 10.

The event was held at AMTEC’s training facility, which includes five shooting ranges as well as a mock prison for exercises.
