NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on the passage of a proposed Resolution to establish a four-way stop at the intersection of Second Avenue Southeast and Seventh Street Southeast in Steinhatchee, Florida. The Public Hearing shall be held at the County Commission Meeting Room, Old Post Office Building, 201 E. Green Street, Perry, Florida, at the regular meeting of the Board, on MONDAY, MAY 6, 2013, at 5:40 P.M.
The proposed Resolution may be inspected by the public at the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, located at the Taylor County Courthouse, Perry, Taylor County, Florida.
All members of the public are welcome to attend. Notice is further hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, that any person or persons deciding to appeal any matter considered at this public hearing will need a record of the hearing and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
