Six weeks after a sinkhole first opened up underneath SR 51 between Steinhatchee and Tennille, state-contracted work crews are still working to repair the roadway.
According to Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) officials, they have developed technical provisions and a scope of services with contractor Cal-Tech Tetsing, Inc., for a supplemental agreement to do the necessary repairs.
