Army Corps issues final permit for lake project

Perseverance has paid off for the City of Perry with the Army Corps of Engineers issuing a permit for the lake, stream restoration and related work for the completion of Rosehead Park in downtown Perry.

City officials received the permit late Friday, Jan. 15.
