Fellow inmates charged with murder of Naples’ notorious pipe bomb killer

Two fellow inmates have been charged with the July 2015 murder of a Naples man serving a life sentence for the pipe bomb killing of his mother and brother.

All three inmates were incarcerated at Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) at the time of the fatal attack.
