City council representative Shirlie Hampton, who has found herself in the middle of questionable actions and possible Sunshine Law violations since her election to the board four years ago, is once again in the crosshairs.
At Tuesday’s regular council meeting, City Manager Bob Brown said two city employees reported Hampton contacted them directly, attempting to tell them what to do regarding a specific task–actions which are explicitly prohibited by the City Charter.
