With state funding firmly in place in the 2016-17 Florida budget for the construction of a new Perry Primary School (PPS), local officials are hopeful a groundbreaking could be held as early as August.
With a construction period expected to last around two years, current projections have the school potentially opening for students in the 2018-19 school year.
