Jerry W. Biggs Sr., 64, passed away on April 14, 2016 in Perry, FL.

Jerry was born April 20, 1951 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Milton Edward Biggs and Doris Irene Grissett.

The family will hold a memorial service in Mississippi at a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
