Tropical Storm Colin brings rain, coastal flooding

Tropical Storm Colin passed directly over Taylor County in the early morning hours of Tuesday, causing minor flooding along the coast and bringing heavy rain to portions of the county.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), the storm made landfall at Dekle Beach around 2 a.m. with maximum sustained winds of 50 mph.
