Local depos delayed, again

City Manager Bob Brown and several other local officials were set to testify in depositions this week in a lawsuit filed by BioNitrogen against one of its vendors, Fulcrum Global Solutions, but those depositions were canceled after the attorney representing Fulcrum was allowed to withdraw from the case.

In January, two months after BioNitrogen Holdings and its affiliates filed for bankruptcy protection, BioNitrogen Plant FL Taylor sued Fulcrum, a Texas-based program management firm, alleging it received “absolutely nothing” despite making a total of $680,000 in payments over the course of four months last year.
