Perry student dies while on ‘dream vacation’ with family

To some, they are just a jumble of plastic blocks. But to Thomas Ingram Jr., Legos were the building blocks to the endless designs dancing in his head.

“We did a lot of building with Legos, which is where Thomas would shine,” said Cathy Hagberg, a first grade teacher at the Boys & Girls Club.
