Marina for sale? Should county buy?

Could the Taylor County Commission be interested in purchasing the former Keaton Beach Marina?

After a brief discussion during their meeting this week, commissioners signaled they are at least willing to look into the possibility, adding the issue to the agenda of their July 5 meeting in order to task staff to research both the legalities as well as funding options for what would likely be a multi-million dollar land purchase.
