McHargue throws hat in ring for property appraiser’s office

Local businessman James McHargue, who has 31 years of experience with his family business, has announced his candidacy for the office of Taylor County Property Appraiser.

“I will bring the work ethic of a small businessman to the property appraiser’s office,” McHargue said.
