Register now for 61st annual festival pageant

High school senior girls are invited to take part in the 61st annual Florida Forest Festival’s Miss Florida Forestry pageant.

To register as a contestant, please contact pageant coordinator Tonya Benziger at (904) 568-5700 or email tonyalatrellewilliams@gmail. com.

This year’s pageant will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, at Forest Capital Hall. An estimated $3,000 in scholarships will be awarded.

Practices for the event start this Saturday, Aug. 27.
