Robert Wayne Lemond, 71, passed away on August 30th, 2016. He was born on August 10th, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois.

A celebration of life for family and close friends will be held at the Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel at 4801 San Jose Blvd. at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 3rd.

Florida Gator or Camouflage attire is appreciated.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the deceased’s name to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
