SHIP funds available for repairs

The Taylor County Housing Program has announced approximately $475,000 in funding is available through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program for disaster mitigation and recovery for those affected by Hurricane Hermine.

The funding will be available to very low and low income homeowners to provide assistance with repairs that are not eligible or not covered by insurance.
