State: ‘Actual facts needed’ before motion can be granted

A motion filed on behalf of Garrett Arrowood seeks full disclosure of all evidence presented not only to the grand jury that handed down a first degree murder indictment against him, but also the grand jury which indicted two fellow alleged co-defendants charged with the same crime.

The motion also asks for a transcript of all testimony presented to both grand juries. Judge David Fina is scheduled to hear from both the state and defendant (attorney) during a motion hearing next week, Thursday, Nov. 17, at 3 p.m.
