Convicted murderer Garrett Arrowood’s defense is proclaiming “newly discovered” and “newly disclosed” evidence that puts him in Jacksonville on Tuesday, June 23–the
day they say his aunt, longtime educator Shelly Stickland, was gunned down in her garage.
“Wherever he was Tuesday morning doesn’t matter,” State Attorney John Weed countered in arguments before Circuit Judge David Fina Thursday afternoon.
