A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5  p.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at his mother’s home at 3332 Eustis Gunter Road Perry, Florida 32348.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
