Disabled adults left with no food; caretaker is charged

A Perry woman who operated a caretaker agency for disabled adults has been charged with exploitation after allegedly leaving two individuals without food and failing to pay their bills for nearly six months.

Staci Ann Richardson, 32, was taken into custody Friday, Nov. 18, and charged with two counts of exploitation of elderly/ intellectually disabled (adults).
