Burnice “Hazel” Shealy, age 83, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Perry, Florida, surrounded by family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home in Perry on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 5-7 p.m.

The Funeral Services will be held at New Home Baptist Church on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made the Big Bend Hospice, 402 E Ash St, Perry, Fl 32347.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
