Motion for grand jury testimony is denied

Circuit Judge David Fina has denied a motion filed on behalf of convicted murderer Garrett Arrowood for grand jury testimony and evidence related to his case.

The order was signed Nov. 29 and filed with the Taylor County Clerk of Court Monday.
