Man swerves to avoid deer, crashes

A Steinhatchee man escaped serious injury after rolling his 2000 Chevrolet Suburban in a one-vehicle crash Wednesday night.

Virgil Bryson Jr., 65, was traveling north on U.S. Highway 19 in the outside lane when he swerved to avoid a deer that ran into the road, Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) Trooper James I. Parker Jr. reported.
