Beating leaves 3-year-old with welts, bruises

A three-year-old child sustained bruises and welts after his/her father allegedly attacked the toddler during a physical altercation Thursday afternoon, Dec. 15.

Howard Emory Jr., 29, faces one count of child abuse and is being sought for questioning regarding possible additional charges for violating the terms of his conditional release.
