Closing set for new Taco Bell, apartment projects

Taylor County is riding a crest of positive energy and developers are taking notice.

That was the message a representative from the Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) brought to the Perry City Council, backing the assessment with the news that a major food chain was planning to locate here.
