Sam Harvey Duckworth Sr., 80 passed from life on April 22, 2017 in Tallahassee, FL.

Sam will have a celebration of life service on April 29, 2017 at the Masonic Lodge on Main Street downtown at 1 p.m., refreshments to follow services. Family ask in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Shriner’s Childrens Hospital in his name.
